Nupo pareri are a range of products designed for use as part of the Nupo diet, a low calorie program for weight loss. The company was founded by Doctor Flemming Qaade, a specialist in the treatment of patients suffering from obezitate, and the name comes from the combination of two words: “Nutritional Power”. The products are designed to help you lose weight while still supplying your body with all of the macro- and micronutrients it needs to stay healthy.

The product range includes bars, shakes and soups. The diet can be used as a full meal replacement, meaning that you will eat Nupo products for every single meal of the day (6 portions – 4 shakes and 2 soups), or you can choose to replace just some of your meals – breakfast, lunch and snacks, for example – with the pre-packed bars, shakes and soups, and eat a normal healthy dinner made from the approved ‘brick’ list that is included in the starter book.

Dieta Nupo: A solution for the long term?

Nupo pareri diet can be used for the long term as a way of losing weight and keeping it off. It is based on the principle of reducing your calorie intake and raising the amount of protein in your body, which can help you feel more full and curb hunger. In addition, a Nupo-style approach can help control your blood sugar levels, which is beneficial for people with diabetes Type 2.

This diet can also help reduce the risk of heart disease by helping you to lower your cholesterol and triglyceride levels. It can also help improve your blood pressure and reduce the chance of developing type 2 diabetes by lowering your insulin levels.

It is important to note that any diet is not a substitute for a healthy lifestyle and regular exercise. You should aim to maintain a healthy weight throughout your life by eating well, exercising regularly and getting enough sleep. If you are considering taking up the diet, speak to your GP before you start.
